Happy Holidays! REMINDERS CHRISTMAS BREAK  December 23rd to January 7th SOCIAL STUDIES 1C has started their journey to learn about Christmas Around the World. We have discussed our family traditions and learned about Christmas tradition in Canada. They had a busy couple of weeks visiting countries like Canada, Mexico and Brazil, South Africa, Germany, Sweden, Holland, France, Australia, China and lastly the North Pole. They learned how to say Merry Christmas in many different languages: Mexico (Spanish)  - Feliz Navidad Brazil (Portuguese)   - Feliz Natal South Africa (Afrikaans)  - Geseende Kersfee

MESSAGE FROM MS. STAROSTECKI To avoid losing books over the holidays please return your R.E.D. folder home reading books and library books before the students leave for Christmas break. We will start up our home reading program after the break. Thanks! REMINDERS BOKS KIDS REGISTRATION Register your child by December 20th . Spots are being filled up fast so register ASAP. CHRISTMAS CONCERT  on  Tuesday, December 19th . 1C will perform at  1:10pm  and  6:30pm . WINTER SEASONAL WALK  on  December 21 . Parent volunteers are welcome to join!  PJ & STUFFIE DAY  on  December 22. LAST DAY OF CLASSES  on  December 22 . CHRISTMAS BREAK  December 23rd to January 7th MILK PROGRAM  You can order milk tickets on your PowerSchool account.  MATH This week, 1C's math goal this week was to learn how to compose and decompose a number (i.e. number bonds).
